How to Trust Your Gut Instincts and Create Phenomenal Relationships

Are you struggling to make the right decisions in your life?

Are you tired of feeling like you can’t trust your own intuition?

The truth is, your gut instinct is always right. As a coach, mentor, speaker, and author transforming lives worldwide with The Congruent Life Method, I have seen countless individuals struggle with trusting their intuition. But when you follow your gut instinct, you can create phenomenal relationships with everything and everyone.

When you’re following your intuition, there is no finality. Gut instinct is a term that holds this mystical quality about how we feel and make the right decision. But the truth is, it’s right now.

How does that feel right now?

Your primary relationship is your relationship with yourself, and you must learn to trust your intuition to create phenomenal relationships with everything and everyone.

To trust your intuition, you need to be in the question.

Don’t rely on your gut instincts in relationships for all kinds of reasons. Intuition allows you to operate from the truth of who you truly be. Rather than dismissing your feelings, be curious about that gut feeling. Tapping into your intuition and asking, “Is this creating the space that I’m asking for?” is crucial to understanding the significance of intuition and where it will lead you.

Many of us were taught growing up not to trust our feelings. In this reality, it’s all about proof, but what I’m asking you to do is stretch yourself beyond that and live in the question of that intuition.

Live in gratitude and be present with those around you. The most beautiful part about being on Earth is that you won the golden ticket to choose this body to be this infinite being, and so you came here to spread joy.

What if that’s your mandate throughout your day, to be that joy and have that joy vibrate in a relationship with everything you do?

Trust your intuition and let it guide you to create phenomenal relationships.

Be present with yourself and with those around you. Imagine meeting somebody who has no judgment of you, who is just there present with you saying hi, what are you all about? Do you see the space that that creates?

There’s no backstory, there’s no decision, there’s no show me the proof, it’s just huh, I’m listening to my intuition.

Would a conversation with this person be fun for me? Would I learn something? If that’s a yes, go for it. If it’s a no, choose something else because there doesn’t have to be a specific reason for you to follow your intuition.

It’s time to let go of the past and trust your intuition to create phenomenal relationships in everything you do. Don’t disregard your intuition anymore. It’s time to embrace it and let it lead you to a better life!

“Trust your intuition. You don’t need to explain or justify your feelings to anyone, just trust your own inner guidance, it knows best.”
