The One Question to Ask Yourself This New Year

Jan 11, 2025

What are you looking forward to in this brand new year?

There’s something special about 2025—it feels like a year of big shifts, of stepping into conscious mastery and spiritual responsibility.

It’s a year to recognize that we are the creators of what we ask for. Every moment is a choice—a chance to align with clarity, joy, and purpose. But to do that, we need to ask ourselves one honest question:

Are you deferring to someone else, or are you operating from your own potency, clarity, and power?

The Era of Radical Letting Go

As I reflect on what this year holds, one theme is clear: this is a year of radically letting go.

  • Letting go of the old stories that no longer serve us.
  • Letting go of what doesn’t raise our souls.
  • Letting go of the belief that someone else has the answers we seek.

For many of us, especially women in midlife, the answers have always been inside. We’ve just forgotten how to nurture our own hearts.

That’s what I love most about working with women in this stage of life. You’ve lived so much life, and now you’re ready to invite in what you’ve always known deep within yourself.

A New Year’s Resolution for the Soul

This year, let’s stop giving meaning to lack. Let’s stop holding onto what doesn’t serve us. Instead, let’s celebrate the growth of our souls and the clarity we’re stepping into.

Here’s my resolution:

  • To honour the truth of who I am.
  • To release anything that no longer raises my spirit.
  • To embrace the joy and lightness of creating a life I love.

What about you? What are you letting go of this year? What are you ready to create?
