The Power of Stillness

Apr 5, 2025

Have you been feeling it?

The shifting. The swirling. The quiet knowing that something is moving—around you, within you.

It might not be clear. You might not even have words for it yet.

But there’s something in the air. A turning of the page.

And here’s what I want to offer you this Sunday:

You don’t have to figure it all out today.

So much is changing right now—in our world, in our relationships, and in the deeper corners of our inner lives. And when we feel that movement, our instinct is often to do something.

To act.

To fix.

To solve.

To “get it right.”

But sometimes, the most powerful thing we can do is the opposite:

Step back.

Be still.

Take a breath.

This is your permission to pause.

Gift yourself a few precious moments today to pull back and take an aerial view of your life.

Imagine rising just above the noise—high enough to see clearly, without judging or reacting.

And then gently ask yourself:

What am I sensing?

What’s unfolding around me?

Where am I being guided, without force or urgency?

How does this feel in my body, not just in my mind?

If I stopped trying to fix it, what might I see more clearly?

Let the awareness land.

Let it settle into your body.

Let it whisper into your knowing.

Let it shape your next steps when the time is right.

Because here’s the truth:

We are not meant to live in constant action and reaction.

We are meant to listen, witness, feel, and trust.

So if you’re not quite sure what to do right now… don’t.

Just be with what’s here.

Let it land.

Presence is the doorway to wisdom.

Wishing you stillness, softness, and space to breathe today,

Are you Living by a Definition That No Longer Fits?

Are you Living by a Definition That No Longer Fits?

At some point, we all absorb labels—words that shaped how we see ourselves. Sometimes they came from childhood. Sometimes from a job, a relationship, a passing comment that stuck longer than it should’ve. “You’re the responsible one.” “You’re too sensitive.” “You...
