Your Heart Is Your Compass for a New Beginning

Your Heart Is Your Compass for a New Beginning

Have you ever noticed… when the noise of the world quiets, and you really stop… it’s your heart that speaks?

Not your thoughts. Not your worries. Not the endless stories your mind wants to tell you.
Your heart.

And there’s one thing I know for sure: the heart is the center of it all.

It’s the very first organ created in your body. From the very beginning, your life begins with a heartbeat. And just like that, you’re aligned with the rhythm of the universe itself.

You are not separate from that rhythm. You are woven into it.

Yet so often, we forget. We get stuck in our heads. We carry yesterday’s regrets and tomorrow’s fears. And we pile on a weight that was never meant to be ours.

Your heart has always known the way back. It calls you to let go. It whispers:

Come back to center. Begin again.

So this week, when you wake up, instead of reaching for your phone or rushing into the noise of the day, pause.
Place your hand on your heart.
Take a breath.
And whisper:

 I’m aligned. I’m open.

That one choice reconnects you—
to yourself,
to the people you love,
and to a world far greater than yourself,
yet one you are completely a part of.

You’re not behind.
You’re becoming.
One bold step at a time.
