Invisible in Your Own Life?

Here’s Why Motivation Isn’t the Answer

Do you keep waiting to feel motivated before you

finally make a change?

Do you keep waiting to feel motivated before you finally make a change?

It’s a trap so many of us fall into, especially in midlife.
The calendar’s full. The house is full. Your mind is full.
And yet somehow… you feel empty.

Like somewhere along the way, you became invisible in your own life.

And we tell ourselves,

“Don’t worry, the motivation will come back. I just need to wait for the spark.”

But here’s the truth:

Motivation isn’t going to save you. Action will.

Motivation is a mood, not a strategy. If you’re waiting for the perfect energy, the right timing, or that lightning-bolt moment of inspiration, you’ll be waiting forever.

What really moves you forward is momentum—and momentum comes from taking one bold step, even when you don’t feel ready.

Here’s how you can start:

  1. Decide what you want. Not what others expect. Not the roles you’ve always played. What do you want now?
  2. Break it down. Don’t try to climb the whole mountain. Just ask: What’s one tiny step I can take today? Send the email. Make the call. Write the first sentence.
  3. Count it down. When doubt creeps in, try Mel Robbins’ 5-second rule: 5-4-3-2-1—go. Don’t negotiate with your brain.

When you move, even in the smallest way, something powerful happens.

You’re signaling to your body, your brain, and the Universe: I’m ready.

Your nervous system finds safety in action. Your heart gets to lead. And life responds with synchronicities, opportunities, and support you couldn’t have planned for.

On September 1st, I opened 10 private 1-1 coaching spots. As of today, only 5 remain.

If you’re tired of waiting for motivation and ready to create momentum in your midlife, this is your invitation.

Just hit reply to this email with the words ‘I’m in’ and I’ll send you the details personally.

Once those 5 spots are filled, they’re gone.

You’re not behind.
You’re becoming.
One bold step at a time.
