Have you ever felt the nudge to ask for something more?
And you stopped yourself?
Maybe you told yourself it was too big.
Maybe you thought it was too late.
Maybe you wondered if wanting more made you ungrateful.
That’s where I was not long ago.
For months, I’d felt a tug—quiet at first, then louder.
A calling to bring the transformational work I do with women into high schools.
To speak to young women about owning their voice, their worth, their power.
To plant a seed before the world tells them to shrink.
I didn’t know how it would happen.
- But I asked.
- I journaled.
- I envisioned.
I threw the intention into the quantum field.
And then… this week, I was invited to open the 31st annual Girls for the Cure walk—a city-wide celebration of girls raising their voices and walking in honour of women with cancer.
Coincidence? Or confirmation?

The Truth About Asking
Here’s what I know:
You can’t receive what you’re too afraid to ask for.
You can’t live a life that’s deeply aligned if you won’t name your truest desires.
You can’t build the next chapter while holding your breath and hoping someone else will give you permission.
And yet… this is where so many women get stuck.
Not because they don’t want more—
But because they’ve been taught to not want too much.
Your Fearless Invitation
So today, I’m asking you:
What are you asking for?
And maybe even more importantly:
Do you believe it’s possible for you?
Are you willing to say yes to the whisper inside that says there’s more for you?
- More clarity.
- More joy.
- More freedom.
- More peace.
Because once you do—that’s when the universe starts to move with you.
Not because of magic.
But because you finally got into alignment with what’s been calling you all along.
So go ahead.
- Write it down.
- Say it out loud.
- Throw it into the field.
- Ask for it.
Then take one small action that says,
I believe I’m ready.
You’re not asking for too much.
You’re asking for what’s true.
And the moment you ask with boldness…
You become the woman who leads her life, instead of waiting for it.

You’re not behind.
You’re becoming.
One bold step at a time.
